The standard 5200mAH battery provides over 8 hours of continuous use on a single charge (approximate charging time: 2–3 hours). One major advantage is the "On-Machine Charging" capability. If you forget to charge the battery, simply plug the charger directly into the unit and continue your work without interruption. For heavy users, we keep replacement battery costs sensibly priced. This allows you to easily purchase a spare battery, ensuring you always have a fully charged one ready for long welding shifts.
For optimal protection, replace the main air filter after 180 hours of use. If you are operating in a very dusty environment, the filter may need to be replaced sooner. The air blower assembly automatically monitors the air filter's condition by sensing air flow pressure and adjusting power as needed. If the airflow alarm sounds, check the filters immediately and replace them.
Standard Auto-Darkening Filters (ADFs) cast a dark green/blue tint over your view. Our True Colour technology eliminates this, offering a significantly more realistic viewing experience. By allowing a broader spectrum of light wavelengths through, you get a natural, crystal-clear view of the weld puddle. Once you try a True Colour mask, the difference will be undeniable - you'll never want to return to a standard ADF.
A 1/1/1/1 optical clarity rating is the highest achievable standard, meaning there is absolutely no distortion in your view through the Auto-Darkening Filter (ADF) lens. Lesser quality ADF units often introduce blurriness or an out-of-focus effect, which the 1/1/1/1 rating guarantees to eliminate.
